My Fitness Fashion Show#1

I have an idea of sport fashion show for long time, but my work out clothes did not look fashionable. It looked Ok, but more like clothes which was worn a lot for a hard work out. It's mostly plain looking, functionality before beauty, some from different sets just because part of the set was worn out. But I needed new windbreaker and vest for running to keep me worm this winter. And I needed something really bright, because I run when it's dark outside and cars must see me... just it case...


So I went JCPenny and bought it for half the price I would pay for some brand names, but just as good as those. I've seen lots of people who collects expensive trendy running shoes ans hardly even run, or buy matching cute pants, t-shirt and bra and wear it once for fitness class that they paid a year ahead just to feel accomplishing their new year resolutions.


If you are waiting for next Monday to start exercising - I would say 99% you never will. If you need shoes, pants or something else to start exercising and you putting it off for months - you never start. You do not have money now to pay for gym membership? Believe me, it's not about money, it's about your desire! If you are waiting for perfect weather to go out and run - weather will never be good enough for you and stars will never be lined up in a strait line! You can find a million reasons why you can not go and exercise right now... And there is only one true reason - you actually do not want it!


I'm a Street Work Out fan: no expensive club memberships, no funky clothes, no coaches to push you! Only you, and your desire to be active and stronger! That what inspires me every day, when I'm lazy, tired and need to kick myself to go out and run&exercise! I copied link to this video and watch it every time when I feel like I want a day off, movie and potato chips! :) And I want to keep it this way! Even if I join local YMCA it's gonna be my temporary solution for really nasty time of year to keep the rhythm and not slow down because of  twisted ankles and sore throat, like last year.

I usually do my workout in the evening, when it's dark, when nobody can see me. I feel better this way. And since I'm an owl I just notice that all my results are better in the evening than in the morning. So today I dressed up and went out specially to take photos for this post.

I try to work out 5 days a week minimum.Some days I just run around neighborhood for half an hour and some days I run up the heel and do my stretching and push ups at kids playground. Do simple exercises everybody knows, nothing special, nothing trendy. You can do Jazzercise, you can do Zumba, you can think about any other funky names. They all have two things in common: move and sweat, that is my secret to stay in shape!

    1. I like outside training much better!!! I could run couple miles on treadmill easily, but first I started running outside - hardly could do a mile! Because you have to adjust your steps all the time, jump over roots or curbs! But it's so much fan!!!!

    1. I'm same way - I've been wearing my old worn out clothes and did not care how I look! So I'm really thankful to girls who started this fitness topic!!! Otherwise I probably would buy a pair of new heels which I definitely do not need!!! So go on!!! You will enjoy exercising even more!!!!n

    1. Я как-то забросила - набрала 30 фунтов! Поэтому у меня выбора другого нет!!!! Выпинываю себя на улицу каждый день, поэтому если кому нужен пинок - поделюсь!!!! :))) Спасибо за визит! :))

    2. а я зимой не могу на улице бегать, сейчас осваиваю домашнюю гимнастику и аппаратные методы коррекции фигуры)) А так конечно, в холода трудно контролировать вес))
